After an initial showing in Paris at the Paris-Val de Seine National School of Architecture in spring 2007, in the former Sudac factory converted by the architects Fréderic Borel, at the heart of the new Massena district designed by Christian de Portzamparc, the exhibition is starting its international tour.

Produced in partnership with the journal Urban China, it also stages more than 40 works by Chinese artists – architects, designers, painters, video makers and performers. These works will “dialogue” with the exhibition themes – architecture and urban planning, governance and media – and will introduce the additional theme of the “green street”.

With the support of: Tongji University, the Expo 2010 Office, the Shanghai Urban Planning Bureau, the French Embassy, the National Ministry of Education and Research, Veolia Transport and PSA Peugeot Citroën.

THE EXHIBITION WILL THEN MOVE ON TO BEIJING IN MAY, CANTON IN JULY, CHENGDU IN SEPTEMBER AND CHONGQING IN OCTOBER.
